use fruity free filter on kick drums and use the preset called sub-woofer pass. If u want a real good sub kick

Rather than boosting chosen frequencies with an Eq
Try Cutting Those that u dont want , the same technic applies equally well to vollume lower surrounding instruments , rathen than boosting the target. these technics help your mixes sound much cleaner and clearer |

If you do not FULLY understand mastering techniques such as compression/equalization - Avoid it. Experimenting is fine on an experimental beat. Not something you want to sell. Also if you just grasped their concept - Don't use them on every beat - Only if it's needed.
